These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of flaigcommercial.com and any services offered on it (the “Site”), operated by Flaig Commercial Group, a registered fictitious name of Christopher John Flaig, P.A. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Brokerage relationship

Flaig Commercial Group provides commercial real estate services through LPT Realty, LLC, the broker of record. Nothing on the Site creates a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship until a written agreement is signed. Any such relationship is governed by that agreement and by Florida real estate law.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site.

Property information and no warranty

Listing details, pricing, availability, sizes, and other property information on the Site are provided for general information and are believed reliable but are not guaranteed. They are subject to change, prior sale or lease, or withdrawal without notice, and should be independently verified. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, our messaging practices, including opt-out by replying STOP, are described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
